MTD Radio Weekend Edition – New Mexico and West Texas
Public Affairs Specialist with the Department of the Interior working with the Bureau of Land Management, Bill Wight informed our listeners about many of the special events and special programs going on within New Mexico in the BLM, including many guided hikes and bike rides and many historical and ecological sites within the New Mexico BLM. He also told about a program of fee-free days throughout the year at all BLM public lands across the US and volunteer opportunities and the benefits of volunteering with the BLM.
