SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO – Chaves County deputies arrested two people, a third was transported to a local hospital, and a fourth person remains at large after they were reported to be shooting at each other from moving vehicles near the Roswell Walmart and the Roswell Mall around 5:30 p.m. Thursday that according to Chaves County Sheriff Mike Harrington.
The shooting promoted the lockdown of both establishments. There was never an incident of an active shooter at either venues which reopened around 7 pm.
