The BLMis expected to lease land near both Carlsbad and Farmington in August, the public can comment at eplanning.blm.gov; Hobbs Schools may soon be the only 5-day-a-week school district in Lea County, Lovington parents can comment to board members at lovingtonschools.net/school-board-2; the U.S. Forest Service will make adjusted payemnt to New Mexico of about $10.1 million.
