New Mexico State Police are investigating an officer involved shooting in Artesia, where 27-year-old Aaron Cane vasquez was arrested on a nationwide no-bond probation violation; Alexis Avila is now trying to get her 16 year sentence for child abuse and attempted murder reduced.
