SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND WEST TEXAS- There was flash flooding throughout Lovington and Hobbs on Thursday night. Water from the rainfall up over the curbs about two miles from Lovington on Hwy 18. There was heavy rainfall on Hwy 18 moving toward Hobbs around 8p; New interim president at USW; New superintendent chosen for Dexter schools, Lincoln County authorities may have saved the lives of 8 illegals.
