Roswell Police have a new chief; a Lovington Town Hall meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday; Roswell is hosting free large item trash drop off events; Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has issued a legal opinion that states any health care provider who transitions children could loose their license and state funding.
