N.M. Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced the state is launching free universal childcare; In Roswell, Jeffrey Diaz pleaded guilty to federal charges of multiple bomb threats and faces up to 10 years in prison; Jeffrey Smiley was sentenced to 33 years in the shooting and injury of his then 7-year-old daughter.
